A very interesting and awesome coffee, this Da Lat comes from a coop of farmers in a country that is the second largest producer of coffee in the world. Though Vietnam is know for their quantity, this coffee highlights a focus for quality- something our roaster, Johnny, has witnessed in his experience as a coffee professional over the years. The beans are all of the Catimor varietal and are grown around 1500MASL. This produces a surprisingly clean and vibrant cup, with lots of low end characteristics like walnuts and cocoa, along with really distinct lemon flavors.
